CLASS DESCRIPTION

Pilates is a workout! Come prepared to train hard.

Sessions will be individualised for personal needs, making use of all the various Pilates apparatus.

Privates

1:1 This completely tailored Pilates workout, focuses solely on you.

 

In a 1:1 private session, each workout is designed around your unique goals—whether it's for rehab, boosting athletic performance, or simply moving better. Get the expert attention you need to progress safely and effectively in a systemic way.

Half hour sessions are available for teens and preteens. 

Duet

2:1 sessions. Want the benefits of a private Pilates session but prefer to share the experience? In a 2:1 session, your workout will be tailored to suit both you and your partner’s goals—whether that’s improving strength, mobility, or simply enjoying movement together. It’s focused, personal, and more affordable.

Mixed Level Semi-Private

Our small group sessions (maximum 4 students) offer the perfect balance of personal attention and group energy. Enjoy a semi-private experience where everyone benefits from expert instruction—at a fraction of the cost of a one-on-one session.

**Please note that in order to get the most out of these sessions it is necessary to know basic Pilates reformer and mat as well as know how to safely. Therefore, it is required to have first competed 5-10 private or duet sessions. This initial investment ensures that everyone in the class, no matter their level, can have a strong and effective workout.
